Hilary Edesess

Born in Denver, Colorado, Hilary studied dance for 20 years. She discovered Bikram Yoga in New York in 2005 and found that in addition to feeling great after class and in bette physical health in general, she gained stamina and focus in her daily life.
In 2006, she studied under Bikram Choudhury, the founder of Bikram Yoga, in Los Angeles and became a certified teacher. Her passion for teaching grows daily as she learns from her students and witnesses their successes through yoga.
She has taught in Bikram Yoga studios around the world, including the United States, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Spain and France. Since 2008, Hilary spends most of her time in the south of France.

Maria Haworth
Maria discovered yoga during a trip to Bali in 2001. After fourteen years of directing documentaries for French television, she decided to share her passion for yoga with others. She became a certified yoga teacher in Paris with Gérard Arnaud. She travels often, especially to New York and California, to experience many different teaching influences. She likes when students find their place in her classes without questioning themselves, and discover that through this beautiful discipline, we can all find a better comprehension of ourselves and of the world. Her key phrase is: Without others, we are nothing...
She proposes a modern yoga class inspired by "Power Yoga" or "Vinyasa Flow", which are all the rage in the US and Canada. She combines styles so that each student gets an invigorating practice, which reinforces and stretches muscles, circulates energy and gives an immediate feeling of well-being and "zenitude".

Mira Jamadi

At a very early age, Mira was drawn by physical movement. Born in Sourthern California, she had the good fortune to grow up amidst a multitude of dances from different international cultures. Dance related injuries prevented her from dancing and still in need of a form of physical expression, she was naturally drawn to yoga. She knew as soon as she took her first Prana Flow class with Shiva Rea that she had found a yoga method that suited her.
Before moving to France, she practiced for seven years with Shiva Rea in her California based center, Exhale Center for Sacred Movement, in order to become a certified Prana Flow teacher, assistant to Shiva Rea in workshops and training sessions and mentor at the center.
